State & Federal Bids is a subscription-based platform that helps businesses find and bid on state and federal government contract opportunities. In addition to bid listings, the site provides resources, tools, and guidance to help subscribers compete successfully.

the challenge

The brand needed modern landing page concepts that could speak directly to different types of contractors—without overwhelming them. The goal was to make the platform’s value clear while maintaining a professional, government-trusted look.

the solution

I designed a homepage and three targeted landing pages for Construction, Janitorial, and IT audiences. Each page was crafted to:

• Communicate credibility and trust through design clarity and hierarchy
• Present information in a clean, approachable way
• Highlight key benefits and calls to action for faster conversion
• Adapt seamlessly for mobile and desktop users
